I’m a UX designer with a background in customer service, error resolution, communications, and digital product feedback.
I design with the end user in mind because I’ve spent years listening to users explain what confuses them, slows them down, and prevents them from completing important tasks.
My experiences have taught me that users do not always interact with products the way teams expect them to, and small points of confusion can quickly become major barriers. I use that perspective to create experiences that are easier to understand, easier to navigate, and more supportive of the people using them.
